Beauty Farm Medical repurchases 42,000 shares for HK$0.68 million, treasury stock rises to 3.25 million shares

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. disclosed a share buy-back on 02 July 2026, repurchasing 42,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$15.92 and HK$16.56. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.68 million, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$16.09 per share.

The repurchased shares, representing 0.0169% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction, have been retained as treasury shares. Consequently, the outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 248.38 million to 248.34 million, while treasury shares increased from 3.21 million to 3.25 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 177,500 shares, equivalent to 0.07% of the issued share base at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Beauty Farm Medical is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further sales of treasury shares until 01 August 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
