2026年7月2日，中国太平洋保险(集团)股份有限公司（简称“中国太保”，股票代码02601）发布截至2026年6月30日的月度股份变动报告。报告显示，公司H股与A股在当月均未发生新增发行、购回或注销活动，股本结构保持不变。
根据公告披露，截至6月底，中国太保H股已发行普通股数量维持2,775,300,000股，A股已发行普通股数量为6,845,041,455股，公司注册股本合计人民币9,620,341,455元，较上月无变化。
公司可换股票据方面，报告期内“15,556,000,000港元于2030年到期的零息可转债”仍在存续，面值未变化，合计15,556,000,000港元，转股价自每股H股39.04港元调整为37.51港元，未有新股因此增发。
公告显示，当月公司未发生新的购回或回购股份行为，亦无期权或股权激励相关的新增、行使或失效情况。公司确认满足香港联交所关于公众持股量的相关要求，股本总数保持稳定。
本次月报由联席公司秘书苏少军于2026年7月2日签署。公司表示，将继续严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。
