江苏宁沪高速公路股份有限公司（股票代码：00177）8月28日公告，董事会审议通过2026年中期利润分配方案，拟以实施权益分派股权登记日登记的总股本为基数，向全体股东每股派发现金红利人民币0.25元（含税）。截至2026年6月30日，公司总股本为5,037,747,500股，预计合计派发现金红利人民币12.59亿元（含税），占2026年上半年度归属于上市公司股东净利润的50.31%。\n\n截至2026年6月30日，公司母公司报表未分配利润为人民币127.50亿元。公司表示，若在股权登记日前因可转债转股、股份回购、股权激励回购注销或重大资产重组等情形导致总股本发生变动，将维持每股0.25元（含税）的派息标准不变，并相应调整派息总额，具体调整情况将另行公告。\n\n上述利润分配方案已于2026年8月27日经公司第十一届董事会第二十五次会议审议通过，尚需提交公司2026年第一次临时股东大会审议批准后方可实施。公司称，本次分配方案综合考虑了盈利水平、现金流状况及资金需求，不会对日常经营及未来发展造成重大影响。
