2026年7月10日，双登集团股份有限公司（股票代码：06960，以下简称“双登股份”）发布自愿公告称，公司收到若干首次公开发售前股东（含控股股东）的书面承诺，将在原定禁售期届满后继续延长持股禁售期限12个月。原禁售期原定于2026年8月25日到期，延长后新的禁售期为2026年8月25日至2027年8月25日（含当日）。
延长禁售安排的股东及对应股份数量如下：
1. 杨善基先生：138,310,000股
2. 双登投资管理（上海）有限公司：109,590,000股
3. 钱冰清先生：12,000,000股
4. 周跃章先生：12,000,000股
5. 祝士平先生：12,000,000股
6. 周平先生：4,000,000股
上述延长禁售股份合计287,900,000股，占公告日公司已发行股份总数的约67.64%。
公司表示，股东的自愿延长禁售反映其对公司长期价值、全球储能行业前景及公司AIDC智算中心储能业务增长潜力的认同。双登股份计划继续推进“一核两翼”业务战略，并深化包括北美在内的海外市场布局，把握AIDC基础设施建设提速和高可靠储能需求增长带来的机遇。
