2025年第三季度，新天绿色能源实现营收人民币35.41亿元，同比下降3.03%，主要源于天然气售气量较上年同期减少。扣除非经常性损益后净利润达到人民币1.40亿元，同比大幅增长124.94%。第三季度经营活动产生的现金流量净额约为人民币24.70亿元，同比增幅达212.72%。
从前九个月财务表现看，公司营业成本为114.64亿元，同比下降约9.36%；销售费用和管理费用合计约4.49亿元，同比增长约1.24%；研发费用为1.99亿元，同比降低约22.19%，占同期营业收入的比重约1.38%。综合来看，成本端稳中略降，加之费用管控力度加强，助推利润水平的明显提升。
业务分项
公司营收主要来自天然气售气与相关能源业务。受市场需求波动影响，天然气售气业务在本季度增速放缓，拉低整体收入。不过，成本端有效控制及非经常性因素对利润的正面贡献，带动公司净利润实现高增长。
