比高集团控股有限公司（08220）于2026年3月3日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月注册股本维持2,000,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，注册股本总额2亿港元未发生变动。
本月已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由上月底的105,855,286股增至106,075,286股，增加220,000股，主要原因是行使于2012年采纳的购股权计划所致。本次行使期权所得款项为184,800港元。截至报告期末，公司未发生任何回购或注销股份的情况，库存股份亦无变动。
根据公告，公司现有可换股债券余额1,900万港元，转换价为每股0.275港元，如全部转换，最多可发行69,090,909股。公司同时确认，截至2月底已符合香港联交所的公众持股量要求。
