欧科云链（01499）6月12日发布盈利警告称，根据截至2026年3月31日止财政年度的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计本财年将录得归属于母公司拥有人亏损不少于20百万元（约合2,000万港元）。上一财年（截至2025年3月31日）公司亏损约15.8百万元。以此测算，本财年归母净亏损同比至少扩大约26.6%。
公司表示，亏损增幅主要源于地基、楼宇建筑工程及配套服务分部收入下降。
公告同时提示，相关财务数据未经核数师审核或审计委员会审阅，仍可能调整；公司将于2026年6月25日发布经审核的年度业绩。公司提醒投资者于买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
