Uni-President China adopts electronic distribution for 2025 Annual Report and ESG disclosure

On 28 April 2026, Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. released its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and on HKEXnews.

Alongside the statutory filings, the group published its 2025 Sustainability Report exclusively in electronic format under the “Sustainability Report” section of its website.

Complying with the revised Listing Rule 2.07A, Uni-President China has switched to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications.
