易点云(02416)于2026年7月16日发布翌日报表，公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份3.2万股，占该次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.0065%。每股回购价格介乎3.18港元至3.24港元，合计涉资103,130港元，折合约10.31万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持538,350,806股，其中已发行股份(不包括库存股份)为489,299,306股，库存股份增至49,051,500股。公司此前于2026年6月22日通过购回授权，获准最高可回购50,068,667股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购11,421,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约2.2811%。
公司确认本次回购已获得董事会授权，并遵守了公司所适用的上市规则和相关法律规定。公告由公司执行董事纪鹏程博士签署。
