Hong Kong-listed China Sandi Holdings Limited has issued a profit alert indicating a sharply reduced net loss for the year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025). Management expects a loss of RMB500.00 million to RMB650.00 million, a decline of approximately 84.00%–87.70% from the RMB4,055.00 million loss recorded in FY2024.

The improvement is primarily attributed to a substantial drop in fair-value losses on investment properties, which are estimated at about RMB305.00 million for FY2025 compared with RMB3,870.50 million in FY2024.

Despite the anticipated loss, the board described the Group’s overall financial position as stable and remains “cautiously optimistic” about future prospects. The figures disclosed are based on unaudited management accounts; audited results are scheduled for release on 31 March 2026.

Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities and to refer to the forthcoming audited results for definitive data.
