根据公告，2026年9月21日公司于香港联交所回购普通股共144,000股，约占该日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0168%。回购价格介乎每股1.245港元至1.255港元，合计支付180,050港元（约18.01万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为875,001,302股，其中包含855,357,302股已发行股份及19,644,000股库藏股。经股东大会于2026年9月4日通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份的总数为85,750,130股。截至目前，公司已在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所累计回购2,144,000股，占该授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.25%。公告同时显示，本次股份购回后，公司将在30日内遵守香港联交所有关不得发行新股及出售或转让库藏股的规定。
