敏捷控股有限公司（00186）9月2日发布补充公告，就9月1日已公布的委任事项披露更多细节。公司确认，自2026年9月1日起，陈远志博士正式出任公司独立非执行董事，并同时获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
公司表示，陈博士已根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.13(1)至(8)条确认其独立性，并说明其过去或目前与公司及其附属公司并无财务或其他利益关系，也不存在可能影响其独立性的其他因素。
上述变动后，敏捷控股董事会由五名执行董事──谭炳照、邓向平、严国浩、梁敏玲及胡德胜，以及四名独立非执行董事──林金莺、陆正华、叶恒青及陈远志组成。公司强调，除是次补充资料外，原公告所载其他内容保持不变。
