Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited (Stock Code: 01347) has announced that its board of directors will meet on November 6, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The primary agenda is to review and approve the third-quarter unaudited financial results for the period from July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025.
The meeting will also consider any other applicable business matters. The board is chaired by Executive Director Mr. Junjun Tang and comprises both executive and non-executive directors, including independent non-executive directors, who together oversee the company’s governance.
