永发置业有限公司（00287）2026年7月30日发布补充公告称，公司已就7月27日刊发的股东周年大会议程，增补关于核数师续聘事项的说明。香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司将在即将举行的股东周年大会上退任，并已表示符合资格且愿意继续担任公司核数师。董事会拟在会议上提呈普通决议案，以续聘香港立信德豪为公司核数师，并授权董事会厘定其酬金。
上一财年（截至2026年3月31日）的综合财务报表审计费用为500,000港元（不含杂项开支）。经公司与香港立信德豪初步商定，下一财年（截至2027年3月31日）的审计费用预计介乎约500,000港元至525,000港元（不含杂项开支）。
公司确认，与香港立信德豪就拟定审计范围及酬金基准不存在任何意见分歧。若集团业务规模及性质维持与截至2026年3月31日止财年一致，实际审计费用预计不会与上述区间出现重大偏离。董事会认为上述估计费用公平合理，并表示如有重大变动将适时披露。
