瑞声科技（股票代码：02018）于2026年6月26日公告称，公司当日在香港联合交易所场内回购40万股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股份总数的约0.0345%。本次回购价格介乎每股港币41.86元至43.78元，合计耗资约1705.48万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数从回购前的约11.60211亿股降至约11.59811亿股；库藏股数量增加至约3868.9万股。公告显示，瑞声科技于2026年5月21日通过回购授权，获准回购最多1.1617745亿股；截至目前，已根据该授权累计于交易所回购196.35万股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本总数约0.169%。
公司确认本次回购严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例的各项规定。本公告由联席公司秘书关慕宜签署。
