数盟资本国际控股集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于3月2日公布2026年2月股份变动月报。根据公告，报告期为2026年2月，公司总股本和已发行股份数均维持不变，未有任何新增发行或回购活动。
公司注册股本为1,000,000,000股，每股面值0.05港元，合计注册股本5,000万港元。截至2月底，已发行股份数仍为345,600,000股，库藏股数量为0股，整体股本结构保持稳定。
期权及激励计划方面，公司于2017年10月24日采纳的购股权计划下，仍有16,000,000股的潜在可发行股份，但报告期内未发生新增授出、行使或注销情况。
公司同时在公告中确认，相关发行及转让均符合香港联交所《上市规则》及适用法律规定。上述月报由董事麦俊暉签署。
