Vontier Corporation's stock surged 9.87% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its financial results.
The industrial technology firm reported fourth-quarter 2025 sales of $808.5 million, significantly beating analyst expectations of $764.7 million. Adjusted earnings per share for the quarter came in at $0.86, also exceeding the consensus estimate of $0.85 and representing an 11% increase year-over-year. The company attributed the strong performance to robust demand in its Environmental & Fueling Solutions and Mobility Technologies segments.
Additionally, Vontier provided optimistic guidance for 2026, forecasting full-year adjusted EPS in the range of $3.35 to $3.50 and sales between $3.1 billion and $3.15 billion. The company also initiated first-quarter 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $0.78 to $0.81. Management expressed confidence in the company's momentum entering the new fiscal year, citing solid demand trends and ongoing strategic initiatives aimed at margin expansion.
