明源云集团控股有限公司（00909）于2026年7月14日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购100万股普通股，此次回购股份数量占该次事件前已发行股本约0.05268%。回购价格介乎每股1.35港元至1.37港元，合计耗资约136.38万港元。
公司公告显示，截至2026年7月14日收市，明源云已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）1,898,429,020股，库存股份12,316,000股，合计已发行股份总数为1,910,745,020股。该次回购依据公司于2026年5月20日通过的购回授权进行，授权购回股份总数为191,235,002股；目前已累计回购股份500万股，占购回授权案通过当日已发行股本约0.2615%。此外，该次回购后公司任何新股发行或出售、转让库存股份的暂止期将持续至2026年8月13日。
公司董事会确认，此次回购已获正式授权并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由执行董事及主席高宇签署。
