中国飞机租赁（01848，简称CALC）公告称，旗下全资特殊目的实体已于2026年3月23日（交易时段后）与独立第三方Kotoku Kaiun Co., Ltd.签署《购买协议》，拟出售一架空客A321-271NX飞机。
该交易预计最迟于2026年7月31日完成。公司表示，飞机买方及其最终实益拥有人均与上市公司及其关联人士不存在关联关系。
董事会指出，飞机交易属CALC常规经营业务，有助于提升来自飞机交易的收入，满足市场需求，并维护与客户的合作关系。
根据香港联交所《上市规则》第14章的相关计算，本次交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。由于该项目属于合资格飞机租赁活动，公司仅需遵守《上市规则》第14.33D条的披露要求。董事会确认，公司符合合资格飞机出租商标准；交易在日常业务范围内按一般商业条款达成；交易条款公平合理，符合公司和股东整体利益。
