Road King Infrastructure Limited announced that creditors holding more than 60 per cent of its outstanding notes and perpetual securities had formally acceded to the company’s offshore Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) by the 10 July 2026 early-bird deadline. Management hailed the participation level as a “further milestone” that underscores constructive engagement and sustains the positive momentum toward implementing the debt restructuring.

The company reminds holders and lenders of its existing debt that the General RSA Fee Deadline is 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 24 July 2026. Creditors who accede by this date will be eligible for the General RSA Fee designed to incentivise participation and support a timely, cost-effective restructuring that aims to maximise overall recoveries.

Accession requires submission of a completed Accession Letter, including details of all holdings, via the Information Agent’s transaction website (https://portal.sodali.com/roadking). Queries can be directed to Sodali Limited by phone (+852 2632 9740 in Hong Kong or +44 20 3148 9775 in London) or email (roadking@investor.sodali.com).

Road King stated it will release further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance and other applicable regulations. Investors are urged to monitor forthcoming disclosures and to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
