2026年8月21日，国富氢能(02582)在江苏省张家港市召开2026年第一次临时股东大会并公布表决结果。会议以投票方式审议两项普通决议案，均获正式通过。
本次临时股东大会应出席并有权投票股份总数为126,671,639股，占公司已发行股份总数100%。现场及授权出席并投票的股东合计持股53,903,066股，占已发行股份总数约42.55%。香港中央证券登记有限公司担任监票员。
决议一：罢免德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为公司核数师。赞成票53,828,766股，占99.86%；反对票74,300股，占0.14%；弃权0股。该决议获过半数赞成通过。
决议二：在罢免德勤后，委任容诚（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，任期至下一届年度股东大会结束，并授权董事会厘定其薪酬。赞成票50,221,597股，占93.17%；反对票3,681,469股，占6.83%；弃权0股。该决议亦获过半数赞成通过。
根据投票结果，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行自股东大会结束后即被罢免，容诚（香港）会计师事务所有限公司随即接任核数师职务，任期至公司下一届年度股东大会结束。
