公司指出，购回所需资金将来自依据开曼群岛适用法律、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及公司组织章程所允许拨付的合法来源。董事会认为，适度的股份购回有助于提升公司每股盈利和股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示，过去12个月，公司股价最高达每股0.123港元，最低曾至0.050港元。相关购回议案尚需在股东周年大会上以普通决议获得股东批准，审议事项还包括重选董事、续聘核数师等。公司将于2026年5月29日上午11时在香港皇后大道中99号中环中心12楼2室召开该会议。届时，随后数日还将根据上市规则要求公布表决结果。
