中国石油化工股份（00386）于2026年7月27日向香港联合交易所呈交翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司自2026年6月18日至2026年7月21日期间在香港联交所回购H股80,088,000股，占其H股已发行股份总数约0.34%，回购价格介乎每股港币4.01元至4.29元，涉资总额约3.30亿港元。
与此同时，公司于2026年6月18日至2026年7月27日期间通过上海证券交易所回购A股83,450,050股，占其A股已发行股份总数约0.086%，回购价格区间每股人民币4.46元至5.18元，总金额约3.94亿元人民币。其中，2026年7月27日单日回购1,000,000股，涉及资金约513.77万元人民币。
本次股份购回后，公司的已发行H股数量维持在23,782,600,600股，A股数量维持在97,142,913,622股，暂未产生库藏股数变化。公司表示，相关回购行为均符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司董事会秘书张征签署。
