Frasers Property appoints Tony Lombardo as Group COO

Frasers Property Limited (TQ5) announced on Mar, 09 2026 that it has appointed Tony Lombardo as Group Chief Operating Officer, effective Oct, 01 2026.

Lombardo, who will be based in Singapore and report to Group Chief Executive Officer Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, will lead Group Investments and Frasers Property Capital. His mandate includes strengthening capital execution discipline, driving cross-portfolio optimisation and supporting enterprise-wide integration under the OneFrasers operating model.

The new COO will also coordinate the Group’s major platforms and key markets, including its industrial and logistics, Australia and UK businesses, to foster scalable and sustainable growth.

Lombardo brings nearly 30 years of international experience in real estate development, investment management, capital markets and M&A. He most recently served as Group CEO and Managing Director of Lendlease and previously held senior roles at GE Capital, GE Corporate and KPMG.

Frasers Property, a multinational investor-developer-operator with total assets of about 39.7 billion Singapore dollars as of Sep, 30 2025, said the appointment is aimed at accelerating execution of its strategic priorities and supporting continued growth across markets.
