ARES ASIA appoints new company secretary and authorised representative

ARES ASIA (00645) has announced a leadership change in its corporate governance functions.

Ms. Chow Yuk Yin submitted her resignation as the company secretary, the authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorised representative for receiving legal process notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective 19 September 2026.

Ms. Liu Chang has been appointed as the company secretary, the authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and the authorised representative for receiving legal process notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, also effective from 19 September 2026.
