网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年4月1日公告，当日通过香港联交所场内回购114,600股普通股，占公司现有已发行股本约0.05346%。回购价介乎每股港币128.3元至132.9元，总涉资约1,499.56万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为214,246,066股，库存股份增至3,670,050股。根据公告，公司于2025年6月25日获得购回授权，目前仍可回购21,739,953股，至今累计回购3,338,500股，占授权通过时已发行股本约1.5357%。公司确认已遵守上市规则及相关法例，且将于2026年5月1日以前暂停进行新股发行或出售库存股份。
