DIGIT HOLLYWOOD (02022) has announced that it was notified on May 20, 2026, that the parties acting in concert have executed a termination deed dated May 20, 2026, to terminate the existing concerted action deed. The parties anticipate that this termination will simplify the decision-making process for board meetings and general meetings. Immediately prior to the termination, the parties acting in concert collectively held approximately 948 million shares, representing about 47.40% of the company's total issued share capital. Following the termination, the parties are no longer bound by the concerted action deed or the arrangements for concerted action under it.
