Beisen Holding Buys Back 240,600 Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 20.50 Million

Beisen Holding Limited disclosed that it repurchased 240,600 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions, expanding its treasury stock position to 20.50 million shares.

The buyback was executed at prices ranging from HKD 3.19 to HKD 3.27 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.21 and a total cash outlay of approximately HKD 0.77 million. The repurchased shares represent 0.0335% of Beisen Holding’s 717.85 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding prior to the transaction.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) stands at 717.61 million, while total issued shares remain unchanged at 738.11 million. The repurchase was made under the mandate approved on 17 September 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 71.92 million shares. To date, Beisen Holding has bought back 1.67 million shares, equal to 0.23% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026. The joint company secretary, Liu Xianna, confirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and the details in the explanatory statement filed on 22 June 2026 remain unchanged.
