The household embodied AI robot onero H1, developed by Woan Robotics, made its appearance at IFA 2026, held in Berlin from September 4 to 8. At this year's show, the evaluation criteria for robots have shifted beyond simple capabilities like walking or grasping toward more complex measures of real-world utility.

Industry observers are now focusing on whether robots can continuously accomplish tasks in authentic environments, adapt to complex household operations, and demonstrate a solid product foundation for practical deployment. During the IFA demonstrations, onero H1 exhibited strong task execution abilities in home settings, with stable multi-step operation transitions and high completion rates for sequential tasks.

The demonstration focus for home robots has notably transitioned from showcasing individual skills to emphasizing continuous task execution in real household scenarios. This shift indicates that the industry is moving beyond merely displaying what robots can do, toward validating whether they can actually complete tasks from start to finish.

As one of Europe's most influential consumer electronics exhibitions, IFA serves as a vital gateway connecting European consumers, distributors, media, and industry partners. Over the past several years, Woan Robotics has established a substantial user base and distribution network across Japan, Europe, and North America, with the European market emerging as a key growth driver.

In the first half of 2026, Woan Robotics generated approximately RMB 134 million in European market revenue, reflecting a remarkable 97.5 percent year-on-year increase. Europe's share of total revenue climbed from 17.2 percent to 25.7 percent during the same period. Meanwhile, North American revenue surged 85.7 percent year-on-year, with combined revenue from Europe and North America now accounting for 42.1 percent of the company's total.
