博泰车联网科技（上海）股份有限公司（02889）8月19日发布自愿性公告称，公司已收到一家头部新能源车企的项目定点通知，被选定为其下一代全新车型8397座舱平台的供应商。8397平台属于高通第五代座舱计算平台，具备多模态感知、本地大模型推理等能力，可支撑新一代车载交互系统。
公告显示，博泰车联计划基于该平台打造搭载物理AI和全域智能体的车载交互系统，实现环境实时推演、主动出行服务、人车自然交互等功能。公司认为，项目落地将进一步巩固其在新能源乘用车市场的份额，并强化在车载前沿AI场景化应用领域的优势。
博泰车联表示，将积极推进相关研发工作，并在项目实施过程中加强风险管理，以应对研究、开发中的不确定性。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
