方正控股有限公司（00418）于2026年1月6日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于2026年1月5日及1月6日分别在市场回购普通股100,000股，价格分别为每股0.81港元及0.80港元，两日合计回购20万股，总金额约16.1万港元。上述两次回购分别占公司现有已发行股本的0.0083%，回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍维持在1,155,660,993股。
公司指出，本次回购依据2025年5月28日获股东大会通过的回购授权进行，该授权可回购股份总数为119,974,699股。截至目前，公司已在交易所或其他场所合计回购42,676,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的3.5571%。公司确认，本次回购已遵守主板上市规则及相关法规的规定。
