2026年7月22日，澳亚集团有限公司（02425）发布公告称，其被香港联合交易所有限公司于2026年5月8日发出纪律行动声明所要求的培训已全部完成。公告显示，涉及的四名现任董事需在2026年5月8日起计90日内，即2026年8月6日前，完成共计17小时的监管及法律议题与《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》合规相关培训，内容涵盖：1）董事职责；2）企业管治守则；3）上市规则第二章有关资料收集及呈示的规定。
公司确认，上述四名董事已于期限前完成全部17小时培训，并已向联交所提交由获认可培训机构出具的书面证明，证明董事已全面遵守联交所指令。
截至公告日，董事会成员包括：执行主席陈荣南先生；执行董事兼行政总裁杨库先生；非执行董事高丽娜女士及Gabriella Santosa女士；独立非执行董事辛定华先生、张泮先生及李胜利先生。
