2026年9月7日，基石药业-B（02616.HK）公告称，其在香港联合交易所上市的股份已获纳入港股通标的证券名单，生效日期同为2026年9月7日。
公告显示，公司管理层认为，被纳入港股通有望丰富投资者结构，并提升公司股票在二级市场的流动性。
基石药业成立于2015年底，专注于肿瘤、免疫与炎症等领域的创新药物研发。目前，公司已上市4款创新药，获批21项新药上市申请（NDA），覆盖9个适应症；研发管线包括抗体偶联药物（ADC）、单抗及多抗、免疫疗法和精准治疗药物等13款创新候选药物。
在研项目方面，PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三特异性抗体CS2009已启动全球I/II期临床试验，规划于2026年底前启动首批全球III期注册临床试验；自研EGFR/HER3双特异性ADC CS5007的全球I期临床试验亦已启动，并将在中国与澳大利亚同步开展。此外，公司多项新一代ADC及免疫、炎症领域双抗项目即将进入新药临床试验申请（IND）阶段。
