冠均国际控股有限公司（股票代码：01629，于香港联合交易所主板上市）宣布，公司已在股东周年大会上授予董事一般无条件购回授权，可回购不超过已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。据披露，公司于最后实际可行日期的已发行股份数量合计为546,092,537股，董事因而可回购的上限约为54,609,253股。
本次购回计划拟根据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则合法进行，资金可来自公司可分配利润、股份溢价账或法律许可的其他来源。公司表示，适时推进股份回购，可优化资本结构及提高股东价值，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示，在过去约十二个月（截至最后实际可行日期），公司股价最高曾达每股0.190港元（2025年9月），最低为0.116港元（2025年6月）。关于购回条款，公司重申会密切关注市场状况，并在确保不影响日常营运资金需求和财务稳健的原则下，谨慎行使授权。
公司同时发布股东周年大会通知，将于2026年6月25日举行会议，并于6月22日至6月25日期间暂停办理股份过户登记。董事会强调，本次回购授权有助于提升股东回报，不会导致公司公开持股量低于监管要求。
