Apollo智慧出行集团(860)公布，其全资附属公司Raise Success于2026年1月12日（交易时段后）与EV Power及担保人陈先生订立贷款协议，拟提供本金为4200万港元的贷款，年利率为8%。贷款期限为实际放款后四个月，并由陈先生以个人名义提供不可撤销担保。部分款项将用于偿还此前已提供的3000万港元未到期贷款及应计利息。
根据披露，EV Power及其附属公司主要在香港、印尼及中国经营电动汽车充电解决方案，集团自2018年起先后进行了多次投资，现为EV Power的单一最大股东，持股比例约27.91%。本次贷款所涉金额的一项或多项适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，构成本集团根据上市规则须予披露的交易。
