On 22 October 2025, Web3 Meta Limited (08093) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return stating that the company implemented a share consolidation effective the same day. The adjustment combined every twenty issued and unissued shares of HK$0.01 par value into one share of HK$0.20 par value.
Following this consolidation, the count of issued shares decreased from 824,640,000 to 41,232,000, marking a 95% reduction compared to the prior issued share total. No additional share repurchases or redemptions for cancellation were disclosed. This leaves the number of issued shares at 41,232,000 as at 22 October 2025.
