CPM Group has released its “Current Corporate Communications,” comprising the Annual Report 2025, a circular dated 27 April 2026, and the accompanying proxy form.

The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible online through both the company website (www.cpmgroup.com.hk) and the HKEX market website (www.hkexnews.hk).

For shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies, printed versions of the above documents are enclosed with the notice. Others may request printed copies at no cost by submitting a signed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1932-ecom@vistra.com. Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a functional email address to ensure electronic delivery of future corporate communications. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will send printed notices of publication and any actionable communications by post.
