Daido Group to Raise HK$10.00 Million via Share Subscription Priced at 10.62% Premium

Daido Group Limited has released supplemental details on its proposed share subscription under the existing general mandate, confirming key terms and the intended deployment of proceeds.

The “Last Trading Day” referenced in the original 29 July 2026 announcement is clarified as 28 July 2026, the final full trading day before the signing of the Subscription Agreement.

The Subscription Price is set at HK$1.00 per new share, reflecting a 10.62% premium to the five-day average closing price of HK$0.904 per share recorded up to and including the Last Trading Day.

The transaction is expected to generate gross and net proceeds of approximately HK$10.00 million. Management plans to allocate the funds as follows: • Rental expenses: HK$6.00 million (60% of net proceeds) • Staff costs: HK$3.00 million (30%) • Other office and miscellaneous expenses: HK$1.00 million (10%)

All other details disclosed in the 29 July 2026 announcement remain unchanged.

The board currently comprises one executive director (He Xinyu), one non-executive director (Kwan Nga Chung) and three independent non-executive directors (Leung Chi Hung, Li Dan and Lo Chi Wang).
