报告指出，截至1月底，公司普通股已发行股份与库存股份均无变动，合计2,516,633,171股，符合香港联交所关于公众持股量的相关要求。关于期权计划，依据公司于2016年11月22日采纳的购股权计划，本月底可因行使期权而发行或转让的股份总数为226,834,911股，但本月内无实际行使或新增股份发行。
此外，本月并无可换股票据、权证或其他合约导致股份变动的记录。公司截至1月底未发生任何股份回购或注销，已发行股本保持稳定。
