根据June Glory International Limited（于英属处女群岛注册成立）与五矿地产有限公司（于百慕达注册成立，股份代号：230）2月26日联合发布的公告，双方就以公司法第99条之计划安排方式对五矿地产进行私有化的提案已于2026年2月25日（百慕达时间）获法院批准，且未作任何修订。
公告显示，截至本联合公告日期，除已达成的条件(1)、(2)及(3)外，其他条件亦有望得到满足或获豁免。如全部条件顺利达成，预期该计划将于2026年2月27日（百慕达时间）生效，并对公司及所有股东具有法律约束力。
根据公告，五矿地产之股份预计于2026年3月3日（星期二）下午四时正起在联交所撤销上市地位。公司同时披露了相关股份过户与发放注销价支票的时间安排，包括于2月26日（星期四）下午四时三十分之前递交股份过户文件，并自2月27日（星期五）起暂时关闭股份过户登记。计划生效后，注销价的现金支票将于不迟于生效日期后七个营业日寄发。
