浙江同源康医药股份有限公司（02410）9月8日发布自愿公告称，董事长、执行董事兼总裁吴豫生博士已于近期在公开市场购买公司股份，并可能视市场情况继续增持，预计累计增持金额不超过200万港元。
吴豫生博士承诺，其在未来一个月内通过增持获得的公司股份将自购买日起自愿锁定六个月，锁定期内不出售或以其他方式转让相关股份。公告指出，本次增持所用资金来源为吴豫生博士的自有资金。
根据公司掌握资料及董事会所知，增持后公司已发行股份仍维持符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则关于最低公众持股量的要求；本次交易遵循《上市规则》附录C3所载《上市发行人董事进行证券交易的标准守则》。
