Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture Issues Appointment and Removal Notice for 17 Officials

The Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture government has issued a notice (Dezheng Ren [2026] No. 7) to county and city governments, as well as direct and central provincial units stationed in Dehong, outlining several personnel changes.

Li Zhenghuan will concurrently serve as the Director of the Ruili Industrial Cooperation Park Management Committee. Zheng Hongyun will concurrently serve as the Deputy Director of the Ruili National Key Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone Management Committee and the Deputy Director of the Ruili Industrial Cooperation Park Management Committee. Wen Yang will concurrently serve as the Deputy Director of the Ruili Industrial Cooperation Park Management Committee and the Director of the Ruili Section Management Committee of the Ruili Industrial Cooperation Park. Chen E'chang will concurrently serve as the Director of the Longchuan Section Management Committee of the Ruili Industrial Cooperation Park.

Yin Yinsheng has been appointed as the Director of the Religious Affairs Bureau. Sun Shanshan and Han Men have been appointed as Deputy Directors of the Religious Affairs Bureau. Shang Zhengchong and He Leding have been appointed as Deputy Directors of the Ethnic Affairs Committee. Chen Chunxiao will concurrently serve as the Director of the Food Safety Committee Office of the People's Government and the Director of the Intellectual Property Office. Zhu Yunfeng will concurrently serve as the Deputy Director of the Veterans Affairs Bureau. Wang Xinghao has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Yunnan Yingjiang Industrial Park Management Committee (deputy county level, with a one-year probation period). Wu Xueyi has been appointed as the Director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Director of the Health Supervision Institute (deputy county level public institution, with a one-year probation period).

Dong Qiran has been relieved of his concurrent position as Deputy Director of the Ruili National Key Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone Management Committee. Zhou Jianhua has been relieved of his position as Deputy Director of the Veterans Affairs Bureau. Guo Shizhong and Yang Guogong have been relieved of their positions as Inspection Commissioners of the General Office of the People's Government.

Lijiang City Announces Multiple Personnel Appointments and Removals

The Lijiang City government has issued two notices (Lizheng Ren [2026] No. 11 and No. 13) to county and district governments, as well as direct municipal units, outlining several personnel changes.

According to Notice No. 11, Zhang Cuifen has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Finance Bureau, and has been relieved of her position as Director of the Leading Group Office for Economic Responsibility Audits of Leading Cadres. Guo Rui has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Audit Bureau (with a one-year probation period). Yu Xiaoling has been appointed as the Director of the Leading Group Office for Economic Responsibility Audits of Leading Cadres (with a one-year probation period).

According to Notice No. 13, Jiang Shaowei has been formally appointed as the Deputy Director of the World Cultural Heritage Lijiang Ancient Town Protection Administration, Zhang Jichuan as the Deputy General Manager of the Lijiang State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Management Co., Ltd., and Li Li as the Deputy General Manager of the Lijiang Tourism Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. Their appointments are effective from the start of their probation periods.

Lijiang Appoints Advisor to the Municipal Government

The Lijiang city government has issued Notice No. 14, deciding to appoint Wu Zhenjun as an advisor to the Municipal People's Government, with the term of appointment to be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
