China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 00527) announced that Mr. Ning Zhongzhi has resigned as an executive director with effect from 28 January 2026 due to his retirement.
According to the announcement dated 28 January 2026, Mr. Ning confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no matter relating to his resignation needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Ning’s contribution during his tenure.
