Keep Executes HKD0.14 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 13.70 Million Shares

Keep Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 14 September 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD1.33 to HKD1.40, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD1.3613 per share. The aggregate consideration was HKD0.14 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02% to 496.58 million, while treasury shares increased correspondingly to 13.70 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 510.28 million shares.

The company’s buy-back programme has been active throughout 2026. As of 14 September, 3.52 million shares have been repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled, representing approximately 0.71% of the current issued share base.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 4 June 2026—authorising up to 50.24 million shares—Keep has now repurchased 5.84 million shares, equivalent to 1.16% of the shares outstanding at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury stock until 14 October 2026.
