普华和顺（01358）于2026年7月22日发布翌日披露报表，披露其于香港联交所场内进行了股份回购。公告显示，公司于2026年7月22日回购普通股15.10万股，占当日本公告所披露的已发行股本的约0.0105%，每股回购价为1.04港元，合计涉资约15.70万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持在1,433,241,098股，现时并无任何库藏股份。
公告提及，公司已于2026年6月26日通过有关购回授权决议，获准购回最多144,285,509股。截至2026年7月22日，公司累计已回购2,355,000股股份，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的0.1632%。
