C.BANNER (01028) announced the following changes: (1) Ms. Cheng Xuanxuan has resigned as a non-executive director of the company; (2) Ms. Fan Yuanyuan and Ms. Zhang Yichen have been appointed as non-executive directors; and (3) Ms. Cheng will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee, while Ms. Fan has been appointed to the nomination committee. These changes will take effect from November 12, 2025.
