广发证券披露的财务报告显示，2025年第三季度公司实现营收约人民币107.66亿元，同比增长51.82%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）约人民币44.00亿元，同比增长107.69%。同期经营活动产生的现金流量净额大幅下降，为-18.02亿元，而上年同期为31.16亿元。报告期内，业务及管理费达到118.47亿元（1-9月累计），相比上年同期增长约16.4%。
业务分项
从1-9月细分业务来看：手续费及佣金净收入约136.36亿元，较上年同期的98.75亿元增长38.09%，成为主要收入来源之一。投资收益约58.57亿元，较上年同期的55.32亿元小幅增长。同时，公司利息净收入保持稳定，达到16.90亿元。整体来看，手续费及佣金收入的增长带动营收规模攀升。
