Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited (SIUD, stock code: 563) announced the appointment of two Directors, Ms. Zhou Yadong (executive Director) and Dr. Chan Ho Wah, Terence (independent non-executive Director), as members of its Nomination Committee, with effect from 12 November 2025.

The Nomination Committee now comprises five members: Mr. Huang Haiping (committee chairman), Ms. Zhou Yadong, Mr. Doo Wai-Hoi, William, B.B.S., J.P., Dr. Fan Ren Da, Anthony and Dr. Chan Ho Wah, Terence. This structure includes one Director of a different gender and retains a majority of independent non-executive Directors.

The appointments were made in response to amendments to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Corporate Governance Code, effective 1 July 2025. These changes are intended to strengthen board effectiveness and diversity, as well as improve corporate governance practices. SIUD’s Board notes that this appointment further enhances these objectives and officially welcomes the newly appointed members.
