青岛啤酒股份(00168)发布更新公告，建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期普通股息，每股人民币2.35元。该派息方案尚待2026年6月26日召开的股东大会批准。
根据更新后的时间表，若股息获通过，除净日将为2026年6月30日。为符合获取股息分派资格而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为2026年7月2日下午4时30分，公司将于2026年7月3日至7月8日暂停办理股份过户登记手续，权益登记日定于2026年7月8日。股息派发日预计为2026年8月10日。
