渣打集团有限公司（香港联交所股份代码：02888）于2026年9月14日发布翌日披露报表称，2026年9月11日，公司分别在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购普通股357,362股，占当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0164%。回购价格介乎每股GBP 22.62至GBP 22.91之间，总对价为GBP 8,139,305.50（约813.93万英镑）。
公告显示，此前公司于9月7日、8日及9日分别回购的361,762股、357,230股及353,611股合计1,072,603股已于9月11日注销。公司当日回购后的已发行股本（不包括库藏股）降至2,180,354,202股，库藏股数量保持为0。此外，2026年9月10日和9月11日分别回购的358,042股及357,362股目前尚未注销。
渣打集团于2026年5月7日获得股东大会通过的股份购回授权，可购回股份总数为221,634,387股。截至目前，公司依据该授权于境外证券交易所已累计回购34,326,005股，占特别决议案通过时已发行股份的约1.5488%。公司确认其已严格遵守香港联合交易所相关上市规则及所有适用法律法规。
